Conyers GC Celebrates National Garden Week

The Conyers Garden Club in partnership with the Nancy Guinn Library presented a National Garden Week Program on Carnivorous Plants June 6, 2024. The speaker for this program was Michele Spears, a member of the Avon Garden Club.
Rockdale County Commission Chairman Oz Nesbitt and the City of Conyers Mayor Vince Evans presented proclamations to the NGW Chairman, Jessica Warren.
Michelle was assisted accompanied by her husband, Tim, and her delightful collection of carnivorous plants. The program was a success and the demonstration of the plants enjoying edible treats was a hit with all.
