Fulton Federation Awards Luncheon

The Fulton Federation of Garden Clubs (Dogwood District) held its annual awards luncheon on Wednesday May 15 at Bellmere in Johns Creek, GA. The luncheon was hosted by Roswell Garden Club and was served on some of Deen Day Sanders beautiful porcelain.

President Trudy Rudert welcomed the attendees. Vice-president BJ Crabtree introduced the luncheon speaker Lynda Pollack whose topic was ‘Creating Bird Friendly Gardens‘. She shared some tips on welcoming wildlife to your property with native plants and good gardening practices. Lynda donated some sedges to the raffle for later in the meeting. Lunch followed with some time to shop for plants (Silv er Elbert Nursery) and blue bird houses (Lions Club member Mark Pamperin). There was also a Ways and Means table with some great finds and bird items from Fulton Federation for sale.
