Great American Clean Up – Hillcrest Elementary School Youth Garden Club

The Hillcrest Elementary School Youth Garden Club led the school in making the school’s neighborhood clean. The school teamed up with the Green Acres Garden Club as part of the Great American Clean Up. The school’s playground and fence line are now litter-free. The empty lot across the street from the school was also cleared to reveal a clean, crisp green space with the help of two amazing volunteers. Hillcrest students picked up more than 500 pinecones to clear the space. Green Acres Garden Club is looking forward to partnering with the City of Dublin to beautify this empty lot.
