2. Fill out the PDF and email it to HQ:

• PDF FORM(opens in new tab)
• The PDF is fillable; download it first, fill it in, and then save.
• Email it to: headquarters@gardenclubofgeorgia.org(opens in new tab)

• Or print and mail it to HQ before the Feb. 15th deadline.
