Oleander District Board Meeting 2024

Millen Garden Council was well represented at the Oleander District Board Meeting held August 15th in Richmond Hill.  Veronica Cowart, Art Johnson, and Elva Mills represented the Millen Garden Club and Melanie Clark represented the Green Thumb Club.  The Oleander District consists of 45 garden clubs across the southeast of Georgia with 1,489 members.  Civic beautification and conservation, along with educational scholarships are just a few of the numerous projects the organization sponsors.
