President's Report Link and Instructions

The President's Report 2023 is now available to fill out online via the link below, but please read the hints below before beginning:

This link is also available on GCG's website under the menu item Member Resources> Finance & Administrative Forms.

As well as a link added to the Events Calendar on the report's due date, Feb.15th, 2024.

Instructions

The link will take you to a JotForm that may be filled out on a desktop computer, tablet, or smartphone.

After completing the form, a filled-out PDF of the President's Report 2023 will be generated.

Resize Form Font:

At the beginning of the form are  A+ and A- icons.

Click either one to increase or decrease the font size.

Mandatory Fields:

Any field that has a red asterisk must be filled in, and you will be notified of an error if it is not.

Item E8. Attach a newsletter:

If you have a newsletter to attach, you can either drag and drop

the newsletter file to this field, or click Browse Files to choose the file to be uploaded.

At the end of the form are three choices:

  • Preview PDF- to see what your answers on the PDF will look like.
  • To print the PDF before or after filling it out, click the down arrow at the top right corner to download a copy for printing.

  • Save- to save your progress and return to it at another time. You will be emailed a link to return to the form.
    • All mandatory fields must be filled in, such as your email address, before choosing this option.

  • Submit- when you have completed the report and reviewedyour answers for accuracy,
    • click Submit, and the form will automatically be emailed to the State President, your District Director, and, if applicable, your Council/Fed. President.
    • A Thank You page will appear. It has an Edit Submission button, in case you need to change something after submitting.
    • You will be emailed a copy of the PDF report after submitting it (and once again if you edit the submission).
    • There is also a Download PDF button on this page, if you would like to download it immediately.

Viewing your answers on the PDF:

The PDF of the President's Report 2023 will be emailed to you after completing the form online.

  • Do not worry if you notice some of your text on the PDF form is cut off.
    • For example, items E4., S2., and X9. have text boxes for you to write short answers.
    • We will still be able to see your full entry, even when it does not show on the PDF.

  • Total Number of Checks
    • The original column with zeros will still show on page 4 of the PDF.
    • The column to the left will populate with the totals from your report.
